Vanessa is often the first point of contact for the organisation and she joins My Disability Practitioners with a strong customer service focus and desire to make a positive customer experience. Vanessa has qualifications in business services and over 15 years’ experience in administrative roles. Vanessa has a polite and professional nature and respects the broad needs of consumers enquiring, referring or accessing our services. Vanessa has spent many years advocating for the rights for people with a disability and is helpful and supportive of families, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Vanessa’s role as the first point of contact is to identify the customers immediate needs and then linking them in with the relevant person or support. Vanessa has a strong belief in delivering quality services and is committed to improving the quality of life for people with a disability and their families.
