Marg strives to be a life-long learner and has developed her skills in over 20 years of work in the disability sector through clinical work, management roles, and as a clinical lead in a large government agency. As an experienced leader in the disability and community services sector, Marg realises the power of education to transform attitudes and lives. Marg is a strong advocate for human rights and has been integral in developing systems to protect the rights of people with an intellectual disability.

Marg strives to provide the best possible service to the people she supports. Marg enjoys working alongside people with a spirit of genuine curiosity and respect. Marg is committed to bringing about real change to improve lives for children, adolescents and adults by delivering services that are evidence based built around a balance of education, understanding, targeted support and skill building. She engages with people collaboratively, without judgement, seeking to build an understanding and find practical solutions together. Marg is particularly interested in the practical applications of neurobiology in her practice.
